With over 60 years of combined experience in sales, project management, marketing, and public relations, The Rafi Group is a powerhouse team of real estate professionals serving both Chicagoland and Southwest Florida. Led by broker Rafi Sahakian, the team is composed of Rafi, Anna Tietz, Michelle Reboletti, and Jake Casper. Fluent in Armenian, Arabic, French, Polish, and English, The Rafi Group members have worked in various fields that equip them with a refined attention to detail and negotiation expertise, enabling them to deliver service to buyers and sellers that exceeds expectations. They are affiliated with the Hinsdale Village office of Coldwell Banker Realty. 

Rafi is a member of the Coldwell Banker® International Sterling Society, a distinction reserved for top-producing agents globally. In addition to being licensed in both Illinois and Florida, he is a Luxury Property Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) and e-PRO®, an advanced digital marketing expert. Rafi and his team serve clients in the City of Chicago and its North, Northwest, South, and West suburbs. Their Florida market includes Naples and Marco Island.

Team members Michelle, Anna, Jake, and Rafi have lived in many areas of Chicagoland for years, and their deep involvement in the community, school districts, and municipal task forces keep them up-to-date on local market knowledge. With over two decades of sales and Lean Six Sigma project management experience, they are masters at navigating today’s market challenges. The Rafi Group is a multigenerational team bonded by their shared commitment to clients, tireless work ethic, and unwavering integrity. They are also a team that is faithfully dedicated to giving back to the community: Rafi is part of a task force in the northwest suburbs of Chicago that was commissioned to study the impact of services and resources to the elderly population. He’s also an active supporter of the local church and charities and has been on several medical mission trips to Lebanon, helping run a youth camp for refugee and low-income youth in the areas outside the capital of Beirut. Michelle is a board member for Addison Township Foundation and Addison Township Mental Health Board. She also volunteers at the Addison Township Food Pantry. Anna is a volunteer at her local church and at Generations at Regency nursing home in Niles. Jake is actively involved in the community and has made public safety of parks and recreation a priority. When they’re not working or volunteering, the team members all enjoy spending time with their families and building special memories. They also share a love of the outdoors, hiking, camping sports, fishing, and traveling.
